REFUND & RETURN POLICY – THE BUSINESS KRO

I. Delivery Charges & Advance Payment Terms ➔ Standard delivery charges of Rs. 500 per kg apply for deliveries across Karachi and all over Pakistan. ➔ The Rs. 500 delivery charges are strictly non-refundable, and customers are required to pay advance shipping payment upon order confirmation. ➔ In the event of order cancellation or parcel return, the advance delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

II. E-Commerce Product Return & Replacement Conditions ➔ Returns or replacements are only accepted if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival due to our error. ➔ If the product is damaged by the customer, used, or missing its original packaging and tags, no return or refund request will be accepted. ➔ Customers must report any claims to our support team within 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 days) of receiving the parcel, along with an unedited unboxing video as proof.

III. Advertisement & Business Promotion Policy ➔ Clients and local businesses publishing ads or banners on The Business Kro platform on a weekly basis must pay full advertisement charges in advance. ➔ Once an advertisement is published and live on the website, all ad campaign charges become 100% non-refundable. ➔ No partial or full refunds will be issued for early campaign cancellations or requests to remove ads prior to the scheduled period.

IV. Refund Processing & Payment Method ➔ Approved refunds will be processed and transferred to the customer’s provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash account within 5 to 7 business days. ➔ The original Rs. 500 advance delivery charge deduction will apply, and only the remaining net balance will be refunded.

V. Non-Refundable Items & Service Exclusions ➔ Products purchased during flash sales, promotional offers, or customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. ➔ Delivery fees cannot be refunded due to technical website delays, third-party network outages, or courier service delays.

VI. Right to Modify Policy ➔ The Business Kro management reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
